In BREEAM, MAT 01 focuses on conducting a life cycle assessment (LCA) to evaluate the environmental impacts of building materials and components over their entire life cycle.

Our team conducts comprehensive LCAs, which includes assessing the environmental impacts associated with raw material extraction, manufacturing, transportation, installation, use, maintenance, and disposal or recycling of building materials.

These analyses aim to quantify the environmental footprint of materials in terms of factors such as carbon emissions, energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation.
