BREEAM-In-Use GAP Analysis

A BIU GAP analysis is the process used to compare the current performance of an existing asset against the desired performance in the BREEAM-in-Use scheme. This analysis is used to determine the viability of obtaining a specific BIU rating and estimate the capital investment required to obtain said rating.
