Service Charge Advice

At L&P Group we can offer various forms of service charge advice. There are two primary sectors we tend to be employed in. The first is budgetary advice which is helping Landlords and Property Managers forward plan forthcoming service charge budgets by feeding in our PPM and life cycle schedules within their budget. The second is service charge reviews on behalf of the occupier contributing to the service charge. We can assess if the monies have been spent appropriately, necessarily and in accordance with service charge law and legislation.
