Clients have an obligation to their employees to provide a safe and comfortable working environment alongside meeting all statutory legislation.

We can incorporate our Clients assets into a maintenance specification and competitively tender the package of works to achieve the best value tender appointment for your building. This is in-line with HVAC SFG20 and can include comprehensive or non-comprehensive elements.

Once the tender has been awarded, we will oversee the Contractor mobilisation and site set up.
