Lucent shortlisted at the London Construction Awards 2024
We are proud to announce that Lucent has been shortlisted at the London Construction Awards in the category ‘Commercial Project of the Year’.
With an amazing location behind the famous Piccadilly Lights, Lucent consists of a new seven story mixed-use building with two basements, comprising 111,000 sq. ft of commercial office space, 30,000 sq. ft of retail space and seven residential units.
Lucent exemplifies innovation in its approach to design, construction methods, and sustainability, transforming a historically challenging site behind Piccadilly Lights into a dynamic, mixed-use development. The project masterfully retains and celebrates the identities of 13 distinct buildings, harmonizing them into a cohesive urban landscape.
The London Construction Awards celebrates achievements, developments and innovation across the UK’s construction industry and features a wide range of categories for solution providers, suppliers, contractors, architects, civil engineers, developers and local authorities.
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 27th September at the Novotel London West.
