Following the mobilisation of the maintenance contract we can offer ongoing term consultancy, contractor review meetings and auditing in accordance with statutory obligations.

Once PPM contracts are in place, it is important to ensure that the client is getting the best service from their maintenance contractors. We regularly undertake monthly, quarterly or six monthly routine and regular auditing to ensure that the contract is being delivered and all statutory compliance is complete and up to date.
