Successful Completion at 2 Fitzroy Place

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of works at 2 Fitzroy Place, London, where L&P Group provided comprehensive MEP services for the refurbishment of the reception, end-of-trip facilities, and third-floor Cat A fit-out on behalf of Ashby Capital and Aviva Investors.

A renewed sense of place now defines the building’s arrival experience. The newly refurbished MoreySmith-designed reception delivers a striking first impression through its sophisticated finishes and refined detailing. A vertical garden by landscape architect Daniel Bell provides a natural focal point, complemented by a welcoming coffee bar and a variety of seating areas, including flexible touchdown spaces designed to support modern ways of working.

The scheme also focuses on enhancing occupier wellbeing and sustainability, with best-in-class end-of-journey facilities that include luxury showers and changing rooms, digital lockers, a towel service, a drying room, and an upgraded cycle store. Together, these amenities promote active travel and contribute to a healthier workplace environment.
