South Quay Plaza 4 wins Supreme Award

South Quay Plaza 4 recently won best ‘High Rise’ development at the Pride in the Job Awards 2023.

South Quay Plaza 4 is a mixed-use scheme consisting of 400 new homes in a 56-storey tower in London, UK. L&P Group produced the complete RIBA Work Stage 3 and 4 detailed designs for Building Services including MEP, IT, Sustainability Services and BREEAM Compliance for the entire development.
