Promotions in 2024

We are delighted to announce the promotion of five key members of staff within the business.

Darren Aranha has been promoted to Associate Director – Public Health after playing a key role in the design of some of L&P Group’s most impactful projects to date including Nine Elms, Crystal Palace FC Academy, and South Quay Plaza 4. Darren has active knowledge and interest in sustainable design, specifically associated with water conservation, low energy building services design and the design path towards Net Zero Carbon.

Dan Ramsundar is at the forefront of managing IT support services, utilising a unique skill set to enhance efficiency and security within L&P Group. As a forward-thinking IT Director, he ensures that the technological infrastructure aligns with the company’s strategic goals, promoting innovation and optimal performance. Dan plays a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape at L&P Group, fostering a secure and forward-thinking digital environment for the business.

Mohamed Mohamed has been promoted to Principal Engineer after playing a pivotal role in some of the businesses most prestigious projects, including UCL, 51 Moorgate and the award-winning JJ Mack Building in London, UK. His deep understanding of engineering facilities, combined with his ability to navigate complex challenges, has made him an invaluable asset to L&P Group. Mohamed’s commercial acumen and holistic approach to sustainable design continue to set new standards.

Abdoullah Imedouane has been promoted to Principal Engineer and has over 12 years of experience in a wide range of sectors including commercial, office, retail and residential. With a keen understanding of the complexities involved in creating sustainable and functional spaces, Abdoullah brings a comprehensive approach to every project, ensuring that each design is innovative, efficient, and perfectly aligned with client needs.

Harry Cowell has been promoted to BIM Manager in recognition of his expertise in managing and optimising Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. Since joining the company in June 2022, Harry has demonstrated exceptional skills as a Project Manager, consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His promotion to BIM Manager is a testament to his leadership in leveraging BIM to drive project success and innovation.
