L&P Group celebrates Practical Completion at 81 Newgate Street

L&P Group is proud to announce the practical completion of 81 Newgate Street, now reimagined as Panorama St Paul’s — a landmark mixed-use development at the heart of London’s Culture Mile.

Formerly the BT Headquarters, this 1980s office building has been transformed into a modern, sustainable destination that brings together flexible workspaces, vibrant public areas, and enhanced environmental performance.

From early stages, L&P Group played a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this ambitious transformation. Appointed by MACE as Commissioning Managers, our team provided expert oversight across the commissioning lifecycle. This included detailed reviews of method statements and testing certifications, meticulous coordination and planning of all witnessing activities, and management of the final Cause & Effect (C&E), Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and Black Building Testing (BBT) demonstrations to both the British Council for Offices (BCO) and the Client Management Team (CMT).
