Merry Christmas and Charity Fundraising!
This year, we have been involved in multiple fundraising activities for our chosen charities LandAid and Leukaemia Care.
LandAid is a property industry charity, working to end youth homelessness in the UK. They bring the property industry together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.
Leukaemia Care is a national charity, dedicated to ensuring that anyone affected by blood cancer receives the right information, advice, and support.
Our fundraising highlights include a 10k walk for LandAid along the River Thames, kicking off at London Bridge and passing Big Ben and the London Eye before finishing close to Tower Bridge. Over 20 members of staff participated in the event in the bright London sunshine.
In October, Associate Director Shirome Bhandari completed the ‘Swim Serpentine’ charity challenge in London’s Hyde Park, the UK’s biggest one-day open water swimming festival. This is limited to just 50-people each year and covers a challenging six miles around the Serpentine.
Last month, we organised a ‘Bake-Off’ with employees making delicious cakes, desserts, and scrumptious treats.
We will be continuing our fundraising efforts for LandAid and Leukaemia Care in the New Year and would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a great 2023!
