We are delighted to announce that our landmark project, Lucent, has been shortlisted for the 2025 London Construction Awards in the category of Commercial Project of the Year.
Located directly behind the iconic Piccadilly Lights, Lucent is a striking new seven-storey mixed-use development that sets a new benchmark for commercial design in the heart of London’s West End. Comprising 111,000 sq. ft of premium office space, 30,000 sq. ft of dynamic retail offerings, and seven residential units.
The project’s design celebrates openness and connection, featuring 20 terraces and a central atrium that creates an unexpected urban oasis. A destination in its own right, Lucent also includes a spectacular rooftop restaurant offering panoramic views across the capital.
