South Quay Plaza 4, London
South Quay Plaza 4 (SQP4) is a landmark 56-storey residential tower in Canary Wharf, delivering 398 apartments alongside premium retail, amenity and communal spaces.
L&P Group were appointed to deliver the RIBA Stage 3 and 4 design, developing a fully coordinated Revit model to LOD 3+, with embedded asset data to support long-term operational performance. Our team continued to lead and champion the contractor-led Stage 5 LOD 4 design process, ensuring continuity of technical intent and buildability. Prefabricated utility cupboards, WCs and distribution runs were designed to streamline installation, improve quality assurance, and reduce construction waste.

A comprehensive thermal energy model was produced for the entire block, with detailed overheating analysis and CFD modelling of individual dwellings to optimise purge ventilation strategies. Our technology designers developed a bespoke home hub package, integrating the latest intelligent IRS platform for satellite and digital television distribution.
