Green Mountain’s LON‑East Data Centre is located in East London and is a strategically located campus designed to meet the growing requirements of cloud, AI and high‑performance computing (HPC) workloads.

Situated in Romford, the site benefits from excellent connectivity to the City of London, Heathrow and the Slough data centre corridor, while offering the space, power availability and scalability increasingly constrained in West London.

LON‑East provides a flexible data centre proposition, with space available within the existing facility, additional data hall capacity currently under construction, and a prepared campus for build‑to‑suit developments. The site has 40 MW of secured power capacity and offers a combination of advanced air and liquid cooling solutions, supporting rack densities in excess of 100 kW to accommodate demanding AI and HPC environments. Ultra‑low latency connectivity, with approximately 0.95 ms latency to the City, further reinforces the site’s suitability for mission‑critical workloads.

The campus includes approximately 11,000 m² of operational data centre space, with a further 5,546 m² currently under construction, providing immediate and future‑ready capacity. Designed with flexibility at its core, LON‑East enables tailored infrastructure solutions aligned to individual operational, resilience and growth requirements.

As power constraints, planning pressure and demand intensify across the London data centre market, Green Mountain’s LON‑East represents a significant growth opportunity, supporting East London’s emergence as the next major hub for digital infrastructure while providing scalable, high‑performance environments for hyperscale and enterprise clients.
