L&P Technology was appointed to deliver ICT and AV design and consultancy services for the hotel, supporting both guest‑facing and operational technology requirements.

Our involvement began with a detailed review of the RIBA Stage 3 design, assessing all ICT infrastructure and system provisions. We then developed and coordinated the design to integrate seamlessly with the landlord’s base‑build systems while meeting the specific technical and operational needs of the hotel operator. This included the design and coordination of LAN, telephony, audiovisual and back‑of‑house systems, providing resilient, fully integrated technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver a high‑quality, connected guest experience.
