L&P Asset was appointed to provide maintenance tendering services and ongoing term consultancy, supporting the long‑term operational management of this complex, multi‑use estate.

Our role focused on defining maintenance strategies that respect the heritage fabric while ensuring reliability, compliance and value for money. Through a structured, competitive procurement process, we helped establish a maintenance approach aligned with the building’s mixed uses, high footfall and architectural significance supporting efficient operation and long‑term asset performance.
