We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Secretary who wants to be part of meaningful change in an industry overdue for transformation.

Summary of Role:
Responsible for the organisation of the company’s business administration and for maintaining the document control system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain all standard documents – including reformatting and final checking
- Assisting typing workload for all engineers
- Production of fee letters and project templates
- To support the organisation of seasonal events.
- General PA assistance when required to team leads and directors
- Assist with covering reception during receptionist holiday/ lunch breaks
- To organise staff travel itineraries and arrange travel.
- To update standard forms, specifications and details, following corrective and pre-emptive action.
- To assist maintaining general tidiness of the whole office, breakout area and kitchen.
- To assist the admin team with overflow of work, i.e., organising travel, binding presentation books, assisting with events and special projects.
- Assisting with Deltek system data entry
Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
