Job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Secretary who wants to be part of meaningful change in an industry overdue for transformation.

Summary of Role: 

Responsible for the organisation of the company’s business administration and for maintaining the document control system.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To maintain all standard documents – including reformatting and final checking
  • Assisting typing workload for all engineers
  • Production of fee letters and project templates
  • To support the organisation of seasonal events.
  • General PA assistance when required to team leads and directors
  • Assist with covering reception during receptionist holiday/ lunch breaks
  • To organise staff travel itineraries and arrange travel.
  • To update standard forms, specifications and details, following corrective and pre-emptive action.
  • To assist maintaining general tidiness of the whole office, breakout area and kitchen.
  • To assist the admin team with overflow of work, i.e., organising travel, binding presentation books, assisting with events and special projects.
  • Assisting with Deltek system data entry

Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
