We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Public Health Engineer who wants to be part of meaningful change in an industry overdue for transformation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing Client contacts and relationships, with a view to driving new business
- Researching necessary information both internally and externally to provide fully coordinated designs
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations, make submissions to the relevant authorities, and obtain necessary approvals
- Ensuring the Design Teams are kept fully informed of all necessary information across each relevant project
- Attending Client and Design Team meetings throughout the design and construction phases of projects
- Ensuring all calculations are prepared and signed-off in accordance with our QA procedures and internal Codes of Practice
- Understanding of the Autodesk family of products (i.e. Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, etc.)
- Operational understanding of 2D and 3D CAD and able to make use of related products
- Comprehensive understanding of BIM processes
- Full working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Assisting in resourcing and project planning
- Willing to give creative input into technical and design issues
- Helping with the organisation and coordination of the team as needed to deliver projects successfully and adhere to our Public Health standards
- Mentoring and training new staff
Candidate profile:
- University degree/HND/HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent with plumbing engineering bias preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Autodesk Revit/Navisworks
- Delivery experience of HWS/CWS/drainage/rainwater/fire protection services/etc. in mixed-use, residential, commercial, and public buildings/sectors
- Comprehensive working knowledge of statutory regulations to ensure design compliance, make submissions to the statutory authorities and obtaining approvals as necessary.
