We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior IT Technician who wants to be part of meaningful change in an industry overdue for transformation.

In this role you will be given the chance to work with Microsoft Azure and M365 in combination with the latest engineering technology such as Autodesk, Bluebeam and IES.
Core skills and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the IT Manager and leading technical team with daily IT requirements
- Microsoft Cloud services (M365 & Exchange, Azure)
- SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams administration
- Network security and End-user device management
- Help users troubleshoot day-to-day IT support issues
- Use helpdesk system to record, prioritise, address, track, and report on support incidents
- Provide basic instructional training to staff where necessary and assist with automation and documentation of technical and business processes
- Ensure all users adhere to best security and operational practices
Candidate profile:
- Pro-active and well-organised
- Interested in technology and technology best practices
- Friendly and approachable
- Doesn’t get phased by a challenge, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Keen on finding solutions as well as problems
- Experience in managing the Windows 10 Pro operating system
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience administering M365, Azure and Windows Server technology
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A Level grades C – A* or equivalent, including Information Technology/ ICT
- University degree in field preferable, but not essential
