“The project team has set the bar in terms of sustainable refurbishment and fit-out and demonstrated that BREEAM can be used to deliver a building that achieves excellence in design and build as well as occupancy.”

James Honour, Scheme Manager, BREEAM Non-Domestic UK Refurbishment & Fit-out at BRE Global

With BREEAM Outstanding at the heart of the design, the project delivered an exemplary fit-out across a combined floorplate designed to enhance collaboration and activity-based working.

As part of the delivery team, L&P Group’s Commissioning Management specialists played a key role in ensuring that the building’s high-performance systems were tested, verified and integrated in line with the project’s ambitious sustainability targets. Through rigorous planning, witnessing and quality assurance, our team helped translate the design intent into real operational performance, supporting comfortable, healthy and energy‑efficient spaces for Landsec’s staff.

A structured, collaborative approach from early concept through to handover ensured that all technical, sustainability and user-experience objectives were fully realised.
