IWFM Impact Awards 2025 Shortlist

We are delighted to share that our project at Tower 42 in London has been shortlisted at the IWFM Impact Awards 2025 in the category of Positive Climate Action Towards Net Zero.

As one of London’s most iconic skyscrapers, Tower 42 presents a unique opportunity to demonstrate how large-scale commercial buildings can lead the way in sustainable transformation. The project focused on driving measurable reductions in carbon emissions and implementing innovative strategies aligned with net zero goals — without compromising operational performance or user experience.

Being shortlisted for the IWFM Impact Awards is a reflection of the collective commitment to sustainability and leadership in climate-positive action. It is also a testament to the strength of partnership across the project team.

The 2025 IWFM Impact Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 9 October at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, marking the 25th anniversary of the Awards.
