1 Lombard Street wins at the BREEAM Awards

We are delighted to announce that our project at 1 Lombard Street, 3rd Floor West, has been named Best Refurbishment & Fit-Out Project at the BREEAM Awards 2025.

Situated in the heart of London’s financial district, this Cat A refurbishment was developed by L&P Group in collaboration with Canada Life Asset Management, Pringle Richards Sharratt, Avison Young and Parkeray. The project was praised for optimising building performance while respecting the historic fabric of 1 Lombard Street.

Scoring particularly highly in energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and resource conservation, the fit-out reflects our dedication to creating future-proof, sustainable workspaces aligned with BREEAM’s world-leading standards.

The judges said, “1 Lombard Street is a thoughtful retrofit, reusing existing materials to optimise energy and deliver exceptional sustainability outcomes.”
