BREEAM Awards shortlist

We are proud to announce that our project at 1 Lombard Street, 3rd Floor West, has been shortlisted for the prestigious BREEAM Awards 2025 in the category of Best Refurbishment & Fit-Out Project.

Located in the heart of London’s financial district, the historic 1 Lombard Street building provided a unique backdrop for a high-quality, sustainable Cat A fit-out. The project’s key goal was to modernize the 3rd Floor West space while adhering closely to BREEAM’s principles, enhancing energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and resource conservation.

The design focused on creating a future-proofed, environmentally responsible workspace, integrating innovative energy-saving measures and sustainable material choices throughout. The fit-out achieved particularly high BREEAM assessment scores in energy performance, indoor environmental quality, and resource management, reflecting the project’s commitment to operational excellence and environmental stewardship.

By respecting the building’s historic character while delivering cutting-edge sustainable design, L&P Group, Canada Life Asset Management (Developer), Pringle Richards Sharratt (Architect), Avison Young and Parkeray have demonstrated the positive impact that thoughtful refurbishment and fit-out can achieve.

The BREEAM Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 5th June at the Peninsula Hotel, London.
