100 New Bridge Street Tops Out, Marking Major Milestone in Landmark Development

Last week, L&P Group celebrated the Topping Out of 100 New Bridge Street alongside Helical (Developer) and Mace (Main Contractor).

This major refurbishment reimagines the original 167,026 sq ft building, adding two additional floors to deliver over 194,000 sq ft of exceptional Grade A office space. With practical completion scheduled for Q1 2026, the building will feature outstanding amenities, including a 7,000 sq ft landscaped terrace offering uninterrupted views of St Paul’s Cathedral.

100 New Bridge Street is designed as a truly carbon-friendly development, targeting the highest standards of sustainability. By retaining the existing structure and reusing materials extensively, the project significantly reduces embodied carbon compared to a traditional new build. It will be entirely fossil-free, powered by air source heat pumps and supported by 120 photovoltaic panels.

The development is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, WiredScore Platinum, NABERS 5*, and EPC ‘A’ certifications, and features advanced smart building technologies that promote health, wellbeing, and operational efficiency.
