From construction stage L&P Technology provided both a CMT and MSI role to ensure that all the specified smart technology was implemented and integrated to deliver a classic smart enabled building using state of the art technology to enhance both tenant experiences.

We also rigorously oversaw the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems were implemented correctly and functioned efficiently to deliver an outstanding user experience.

The client is delighted with the finished product, and the building has already secured tenants for its prime retail units. With c.2,500 sq ft of high-quality retail space available across four units, 101 Moorgate is set to become a thriving commercial hub in the heart of London.
