L&P Group was appointed to provide Asset services, delivering a detailed 10‑year plant replacement strategy to support the long‑term operation and value of the development.

Our work included a full review of mechanical and electrical plant serving both residential and shared amenity areas, assessing asset condition, remaining life expectancy and criticality.

The resulting plan provides a clear, prioritised roadmap for plant replacement and capital expenditure, enabling informed decision‑making, minimising disruption to residents, and safeguarding performance across this prestigious residential asset.
